Hi everyone,

As we finish getting ready for the regular season, I took the time today to put together this tutorial to help users with Recruiting on the interface. This will go over the concepts on how to use the Recruiting pages, scholarships and bonuses, the signing threshold, and general tips. Hope y'all enjoy this
