How are initial teams generated?

1. How are the initial rosters generated?
   
   • Teams are first put into a completely randomized order and are then placed in buckets based on real-life prestige of each conference
     
   • The rosters are then generated one season at a time to give a mix of each school year
     
   • The teams then "draft" players to fill in their rosters (this step is done by a program, not the coach)
     

[*]Are teams guaranteed certain players during initial team generation?

• All teams, including AI teams, indicate their top three positions for each year
  

[*]How do the top three positions work?

• Users may select three of the following groups per year for a total of 12 players:
  
  • QB
    
  • Skill positions (RB, FB, WR, TE)
    
  • O-line (OT, OG, C)
    
  • D-line (DT, DE)
    
  • Linebackers (ILB, OLB, MLB)
    
  • Secondary (SS, FS, CB)
    
  • Special teams (K, P)

• Currently, the interface is not quite ready yet. When it is done, selections will be made there
