The Philadelphia Eagles are excited to announce their 2024 draft class. Please join us in welcoming these brand new Eagles!

R1 Pick 20 - DE Whit Wilson - 59/C-

The Eagles had a lot of options they were looking at their spot in the late first. However, when one of the draft's top defensive edge rushers fell into their lap, they just had to take him. Wilson joins 2023 ILB Christian Palardy and 2022 OLB Mark Soto in the Eagle's Front 7 that is quickly being built in a terrifying manner.

R2 Pick 49 - RB DaQuan Badgley - 59/A-

A favorite of the Eagle's staff, they quickly identified the Louisiana-Monroe star as someone they just had to go and get. Badgley was dynamic in 3 seasons as a starter, and looks to quickly slot into the RB understudy role behind veteran Gregg Lemay. Badgley will be used on kick and punt returns, as well as to spell Lemay in limited action.

Round 2 Pick 52 - CB Riley Correa - 59/C-

Another highly sought after target of the Eagles, Correa wowwed the front office staff in private workouts. He brings a high level of toughness each and every day and has a great approach on life. Correa will be used as an option in a DB room looking for a starter opposite of star CB Andrew Kangas.

Round 3 Pick 84 - SS Keibert House - 55/B

One of the Eagles's favorite safeties fell to them in the 3rd round and they quickly ran up to get him. House is a downhill, physical safety in the mold of rising star SS Ryan Reininger. He'll be used on special teams, in a safety understudy role, and potentially on the field in some packages that utilize two strong safeties.

Round 4 Pick 117 - QB Andrew Moncrief - 55/B

Potentially the signal caller for the future? Still to be seen. Moncrief was incredible this past season with the Auburn Tigers, and after the horrors of a Luke Trahan led offense when Aaron Pool went down last year, it was a priority to go out and get a QB that could throw the ball. The Pool Party can't last forever, with Aaron in his early 30s. Moncrief will be developing behind Pool and in rare occasions, may see the field.

Round 4 Pick 124 - WR Evan Gordon - 58/B-

This class was extremely strong at WR, and the Eagles organization had done their homework. After prioritizing what some might call lesser players in harder to find positions, the Eagles dipped in the middle of the 4th to grab Evan Gordon. The 5-10, 176 lbs receiver was highly productive at WKU and will be in the mix for one of the WR spots this upcoming season.

Round 4 Pick 126 - DT Chris Holmes - B+/F

And two picks later, Texas defensive lineman Chris Holmes joined the Eagles family. Maybe not the highest ceiling guy, Holmes is a road grader that comes ready to play, and will be in the DT mix working behind established veterans like DT Michael Cuevas and DT Jamie Gooley.

Round 5 Pick 150 - ILB Jarrod Young - C+/B

At the back end of the 5th, the Eagles picked linebacker Jarrod Young to join Wilson/Correa/House/Holmes as this draft's final defensive selection. Young has an athletic build, and will be used primarily on special teams, but if he works hard will earn more opportunities to be on the field. Last year's first rounder ILB Christian Palardy is the solidified starter at the MIKE, but if he goes down to injury, Young will definitely be in the mix.

Round 6 Pick 183 - C Trayvon Wadley - B/C

Deep in the draft, the Eagles pull out pass blocking specialist Trayvon Wadley from Purdue to join this organization. A 2 way player in college, Wadley dropped basketball his Sophomore year and went full time into football, where he was a dominant force for the Boilermakers. Wadley will be utilized not only as a backup Center, but an option at both guard spots where the Eagles are starting an extremely young tandem of players.

Round 7 Pick 221 - FB Ryan Witherspoon - C+/B

And the last player out of the Eagle's magic hat. Ryan Witherspoon is a very talented player physically that was used in numerous roles at UTSA. Witherspoon will be used in specific packages on offense, primarily for his receiving ability, whether its out of the backfield or in the tight end position.

Congratulations to 2024 Philadelphia Eagles Draft Class!
