The PAC has not a lot of national airtime in recent years, but the battle in LA is going to be exciting with 2 of the best QBs in the country playing for rivals USC and UCLA

Like I said, the PAC runs through the South as UCLA (4) and USC (20) both have potential Heisman finalist QBs with Hiram Maronde and Julian Longacre. There may be a drop-off after those teams though, as I don't think Colorado, Arizona State, or Utah have the horses for national noise. On the North side, I think Oregon State (22) has the capacity to be quite good, while California should be right behind them in the division if they slip. Washington State and Stanford are a year or 2 away still
