The University of Notre Dame has announced the hiring of their initial Head Coach today. The Irish have selected Ape to be the head coach

 

Ape is an Indiana native (Born in Munster) and comes to the coaching ranks from the world of education where he has helped students perform to their best abilities.

 

When asked what style of football he wants to implement with his squad Coach Ape responded, “I’d like to have a defense that can shut anyone down. On offense I’d like to have a fast tempo and be able to move the ball on the ground.”

 

The Irish faithful are optimistic about the programs future with Coach Ape at the helm.
