A new era of Washington Football is upon us. On February 2nd, 2022, the Washington Football Team officially became the Washington Commanders. With this change the Washington Commanders will join the forefront of the league in their efforts to win a Super Bowl. When asked about the name change the best owner in the league DarthJarJar said, "I'm excited to be at the heart of this change and the heart of this franchise. I hope the fans are as excited as I am." Newly hired Head Coach @Ewade when asked about the name change said, "With a new name comes a fresh start, let's go Commanders!" Now the team can focus on the upcoming draft where they plan to make a splash. Go Commanders! #TakeCommand
